Everything Everywhere inks first stores deal
Everything Everywhere will launch its first two branded stores in Stratford and Wembley, Mobile can exclusively reveal.
The move comes after the joint venture announced earlier this month that it would open 30 of the new stores before its initial trial was over. The first sites will open between September and October, Mobile understands.
The operator is currently looking at locations for the other new stores, which the company’s VP of retail Andrew Coull said he hopes to have up and running by the end of the year.
Coull (pictured) told Mobile in an exclusive interview that store staff are at the heart of the network’s agenda. He is designing a specialised training programme, centred around the customer, to give the best possible service.
He said: ‘The difference is going to be in the people and the investment will be in the people. A training programme is being built which will be very customer-centric. What we want to achieve is a lasting relationship and go beyond sales to a world of education, inspiration and loyalty.’
Results from the trials of Everything Everywhere stores showed that footfall was up 25% compared with other communications retail stores, and that customers were 60% more likely to recommend Orange and T-Mobile products and services.
Everything Everywhere has made a recruitment video for the new stores and available roles, which was due to go live this week.
It is also advertising for retail design and development roles. One advert reads: ‘We’ll soon be bursting onto the scene with a host of innovative new Everything Everywhere stores. Across the board, our goal is to offer a better customer experience than ever before.’
