Orange is upgrading its Orange Single User tariff on Business Solo and Business SIM Only, which allows sole trader business customers to include International Direct Dialling (IDD) and roaming as a flexible charge or chargeable extra.
From today (4 July), Orange will offer customers enhanced IDD and roaming bundles, offering 100 IDD minutes covering key business destinations in the EU, the US and Canada, and 30 minutes of roaming calls to key business countries in the EU.
The operator previously offered customers a choice of selecting either 30% off IDD calls or 10% off roaming rates as a flexible extra or a chargeable extra.
Orange SME marketing director Martin Lyne said: ‘Our customers have been telling us that they are looking for greater cost control than ever, and making international calls or calling while abroad could be difficult to plan for.
‘We’ve listened to what our customers needed from their international rates, and found that these new bundles will help them better understand the benefit they are receiving, and plan for their costs – even during the forthcoming holiday period.’
