Vodafone is working closely with Daisy Group to drive significant growth in One Net sales over the next year.
Speaking to Mobile in a joint interview with Daisy Group CEO Matthew Riley, Vodafone enterprise director Peter Kelly said: ‘Over the coming quarter we expect to see significant growth in that area.’
Riley added: ‘Within unified comms our partnership can only get stronger and we will be spending a lot more time with Vodafone helping to get One Net products to market. We will both be very focused on that.’
Kelly said the partnership with Daisy was proving very successful, adding: ‘There was a time when the networks saw the indirect channel as a necessary evil, but we are very excited by the rate of growth over the past year via the indirect channel, with individual partners delivering double-digit growth rates, and this is especially true of Daisy.’
Riley said Daisy Group’s partnership with Vodafone was a great success: ‘The industry has talked about partnership for a long time but has not really delivered, but this partnership is a real story of success.’
Kelly said Daisy’s recently launched Vodafone Partner Programme was progressing well and formed an important basis on which Vodafone could grow its unified comms proposition.
He said Vodafone had no plans to move Gold and Silver Partners into Daisy’s Vodafone Partner Programme to allow Vodafone Partner Services to concentrate on the Platinum tier.
