Vodafone has pulled out of ranging the HTC Evo 3D due to launch delays.
HTC’s flagship smartphone was scheduled to launch in the UK in July but has been put back until September.
Vodafone dropped the smartphone from its ‘Coming Soon’ page this week. Customers who have registered for updates will be contacted by Vodafone shortly.
A Vodafone spokeswoman said: 'Owing to the delayed launch of the device, we took the decision not to include the Evo 3D in our smartphone range.
The operator added: 'We realise this will come as a disappointment to some people but we already offer some fantastic phones, like the HTC Sensation and Galaxy S II, with some really exciting handsets in the pipeline and we'll continue to focus on bringing the latest and greatest smartphones to Vodafone customers.
The Evo 3D comes with a 4.3-inch 960x540 screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and dual cameras for capturing 3D movies.
HTC said: ‘We can confirm that the HTC Evo 3D will be available to UK customers through Carphone Warehouse from September 2011.’
