Virgin Media has refreshed its monthly mobile plans to give customers more flexibility and help them save money.
New and existing Virgin Media customers will now be able to get a greater range of contract options as well as benefits including a range of shorter 12 month contracts and competitive monthly texts, minutes and mobile web allowances.
Virgin Media director of mobile Jamie Heywood said: ‘We are always looking for ways to help our customers to get best value for their money. Our newly refreshed monthly mobile tariffs offer a simpler way for our customers to tailor their phone packages to suit their needs, whilst giving customers greater contract flexibility, more minutes, texts and mobile data.
‘These tariffs will really come into their own when combined with our popular Mobile Bonus deal to give Virgin Media customers a fantastic way to save money whilst getting more from their home phone or Mobile service.’
Virgin Media customers can now choose from a new range of customisable extras tailored to their individual needs. For example, customers that prefer to talk than text can double their allowance of inclusive talk minutes for just £2 extra per month, while those who regularly access the web through their phones can upgrade to 5GB of mobile web for an additional £5 per month.
Meanwhile, Virgin Media home phone customers that take out a 24 month contract will be able to make savings if they bundle their two phone services together. Customers can save up to £192 when they take Virgin Media’s ‘Monthly Mobile Bonus’ deal, which offers the choice of any handset from the Virgin Media range on tariffs of £15.99 and above.
