Virgin Media launches Addict Extra pay-as-you-go tariff
Virgin Media has announced the launch of its new pay-as-you-go offering, the Addict Extra tariff.
The new tariff will enable Virgin Media households that have a home phone, TV, broadband or mobile service to get the best deal on texts, minutes and mobile web by rewarding them with exclusive additional monthly mobile allowances.
The Addict Extra tariff will be offered in conjunction with the existing Addict tariff, which will continue to offers savings such as £10 or £15 worth of airtime for the same top-up amount and an allowance of free texts, including unlimited texts when customers top-up £15.
Virgin Media director of mobile Jamie Heywood said: ‘As there is more pressure than ever for some households to watch their pennies, we are always looking for ways to offer Virgin Media families the best value possible for their money. The Addict Extra tariff rewards our existing customers by giving them access to our most competitive pay-as-you-go tariffs, so that for only £15 per month they can enjoy all the calls, texts and web access they need without breaking the budget.’
Meanwhile, new customers on PAYG Addict or the Addict Extra tariff can also benefit from an additional 100 free minutes to call any UK network when they switch their old number to Virgin Media from another mobile network and £30 worth of texts for their first £10 top-up.
