Vodafone bolsters SME offering with virtual landline offering

Vodafone is targeting small businesses in its latest tariff push, ‘One Net Express’, designed to be its most flexible business package.

The company says the move is part of its commitment to helping small businesses grow and thrive by helping them work more efficiently and budget more effectively.

One Net Express offers businesses a virtual landline number that goes straight through to their mobile, for £10 extra per month.

Under the service, alongside the usual bundles of minutes, data and texts that customers can share across all their employees, all Vodafone Business customers will get 2GB of BT Openzone UK Wi-Fi per month and 3,000 UK landline minutes.

Businesses can add Microsoft Office 365 to the plan, giving small businesses access to email, web conferencing, documents, and calendars. Small businesses can add the service to their Vodafone Business (Sharer) plan on a per user basis.

Vodafone UK small business sales director Tim Stone said: ‘We’ve combined our existing tariffs with our innovative One Net Express service into one, simple, value-for-money plan. Vodafone Business allows customers to adapt the plan as their needs change. With the addition of Vodafone One Net Express, businesses can be confident they will be more agile, productive and flexible – essential if they’re going to continue to remain competitive.”
