Senior Three director Marc Allera joins Everything Everywhere today (1 December) as its new chief sales officer.
Allera reports to CEO Olaf Swantee and is responsible for driving Everything Everywhere’s sales, retention and in-life trading and execution, as well as ensuring that the company delivers on its customer experience goals. He will oversee these activities across retail, digital, telesales, small and medium enterprises (SME) and the indirect channel.
Allera joins Everything Everywhere from Three, where he held senior positions including sales and marketing director and more recently CCO. Over the decade he worked at Three, Marc was credited with being a driving force in growing the business. Allera announced in June this year that he was moving to Everything Everywhere. He said at the time that after 10 years with Three, it was time to move on.
Olaf Swantee, CEO of Everything Everywhere, commented: ‘As mobile devices become more powerful and more important to the everyday lives of nearly everyone, we are focusing our business on providing outstanding service and support through our front-line teams. Marc is going to play a pivotal role in bringing a service-oriented culture to all of our sales channels that will differentiate Everything Everywhere in the market.’
Allera said: ‘It is a privilege to join Everything Everywhere at a time when the company is further improving how it builds and maintains its relationships with customers. I look forward to leading this reinvention and making Everything Everywhere, through the Orange and T-Mobile brands, the mobile provider of choice for people across the country.’
