Mainline launches Orange customer retention service

Distributor Mainline has launched a new service for dealers to identify which Orange customers are due an upgrade ahead of their contract extension.

The Datashare service will use data directly from Orange and will be supplied to dealers on a monthly basis. Dealers can download the information from their iManage account. 

Mainline’s director of dealer sales Gail Hollinshead said: ‘This is a great new value-added service from Mainline. It allows dealers to ensure they are contacting existing customers well in advance of the three-month window of opportunity before the end of their contract.’
