US ruling on HTC-Apple patent dispute delayed again
A US court decision on attempts by Apple to halt some of HTC's imports has been delayed for a second time, according to the Taiwanese company.
The International Trade Commission was due to rule today [14 December] on whether HTC had infringed Apple patents. The verdict has now been pushed back to 19 December. It is the second time the decision has been postponed as the ruling was originally due on 6 December.
'It's hard to say whether the delay is good or bad because we don't know the true reason behind,' Yuanta Securities analyst Bonnie Chang told Reuters.
