Communicate Better buys Green House Telecom

Unified comms provider Communicate Better has bought Yorkshire-based firm Green House Telecom as part of a wider acquisition strategy.

The deal, for an undisclosed sum, was completed yesterday (14 December). Lancashire-based Communicate Better said the deal would bring a wider network of telecoms coverage to the two counties, increase its list of products and add to its converged services.

The company said it was looking to set up a southern hub during 2012. Communicate Better said it doubled turnover this year and expects to do the same in 2012.

Communicate Better CEO Wayne Cartwright said: 'We are very excited to have acquired Green House Telecom. We wanted to do so in order to both boost business across the north [of England] as well as being able to offer our customers a full one stop shop solution of technologies and a wider range of solutions, which is what customers are asking for these days.'
