Everything Everywhere in talks with advisors over spectrum sale
Everything Everywhere is reportedly in discussions with Royal Bank of Scotland for it to oversee a forthcoming spectrum auction.
The sales process is due to take place next month and was part of the conditions of Orange merging with T-Mobile to create the telecoms company. Everything Everywhere is selling 2x15MHz of its 1,800MHz spectrum.
The operator refused to comment on the identity of its advisor. A spokesman said: 'We will provide more information in due course once an agreement with an advisor has been signed.'
Meanwhile, Ofcom is expected to announce the rules for the long delayed 4G auction within the next few days.
