Regenersis expands into Sweden after Anovo buy
Handset repair company Regenersis has expanded into Sweden after purchasing after sales company Anovo Nordic.
The acquisition, the value of which was undisclosed, means Regenersis now owns 17 facilities across eight countries. The company said the deal would increase its pan-European footprint and offer Regenersis' services to a Scandinavian market.
Regenersis group MD Ian Powell said: 'The entry into Nordics was one of our expansion priorities. The acquisition will provide more opportunity to deliver global solutions to our customers. I look forward to welcoming the Swedish team to our family.'
Following the acquisition, Anovo will be renamed Regenersis Nordic. The company's MD, Roger Engström, will continue as head of the operation. He said: 'The acquisition was unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies. Combining our industry knowledge will definitely increase our value-added solutions for the technology industry as reverse logistics hubs, warranty extension programs and regeneration solutions in Sweden as well as in the other Nordic countries.'
