Motorola is launching its RAZR Maxx smartphone, which it said will deliver up to 17.61 hours of talk time without battery charge, in the UK in the middle of May.
The device is available to pre-order from Clove for £359 and Expansys for £429.99, as well as other Motorola resellers. The Android device packs a dual-core 1.2GHz processor and 1GB of RAM. It is 8.99mm thin and has a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Gorilla Glass display.
The RAZR Maxx comes with Smart Actions, which automates the phone's tasks according to time of day, location, and battery levels. It also runs the MotoCast app, which allows users to stream or download content from a work or home computer directly to the device.
Motorola Mobility UK marketing director Victoria McManus said: 'Since we re-imagined the iconic RAZR brand, the Motorola RAZR has wowed consumers across the globe by combining the pinnacle of design with mind-blowing power. RAZR Maxx builds on those same principles, delivering an incredible battery life that is perfect for people who want to push their smartphone to the limits and banish the low battery beep to history.'
