T-Mobile is launching a new television campaign this evening (2 May), paying tribute to the Royal Jubilee and promoting its pay-as-you-go plan.
The advertisement, which will be broadcast during The Soap Awards on ITV1, will publicise its top-up promotion that offers unlimited texts when you pay £10, with the customer keeping the credit. The ad features streakers, a jockey, a choir, as well as celebrities Louie Spence and David Dickinson joining the celebrations for the Diamond Jubilee.
Everything Everywhere director of brand Spencer McHugh said: 'Brits nationwide will be showing their pride and affection for the Queen and Britain by celebrating the Jubilee this summer. With this in mind, the next ad in the ‘Giving Britain what Britain Loves’ campaign has been developed to capture the celebratory mood of the nation, while also demonstrating T-Mobile’s commitment to giving pay-as-you-go customers brilliant value for money.'
There are two versions of the 30-second ad, and a shorter 10 second advert, which will be broadcast across terrestrial and digital channels during the next two months. The campaign was created by creative agency Saatchi & Saatchi, which was also behind T-Mobile's 'Giving Britain What Britain Loves' campaign earlier this year.
