Samsung gives away 100m final tickets with Vodafone
Samsung will take someone to the men's 100m final in this summer's London 2012 Olympics in a new competition with Vodafone.
Customers who buy any Samsung Galaxy phone from one of the operator's stores, over the phone, or online will have a chance to win 10 tickets to the event. The competition launched this morning and will run until 13 July.
The manufacturer is giving away free flip leather cases for its Galaxy Note at evening events to mark the Olympic Torch being carried around the country. Samsung is giving away free wristbands to visitors to the Samsung Galaxy Note studio, which can then be exchanged for the case in any Vodafone store.
Simon Stanford, VP for Samsung's UK & Ireland telecommunications and networks division, said: 'The Olympic Torch Relay is our moment to ensure people take part and celebrate the fact that London 2012 is only weeks away. As the flame reaches so many communities in the UK, so does our invitation to ensure people take part, such as the wonderful opportunity for one lucky winner who will win 10 tickets to the men’s 100m final and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience with their family and friends.'
