Alcatel-Lucent warns on full year performance
Infrastructure manufacturer Alcatel-Lucent has warned it may miss its profit target for 2012 and lose €40m in its second quarter.
The company is due to report its second quarter figures later this month. It said while it expected sales of more than €3.5bn and fixed costs to shrink by more than €100m on last year, profits would be hit because of its year-to-date (YTD) performance and the difficult macroeconomic environment.
Alcatel-Lucent is due to issue more details on its financial performance and reveal its second quarter earnings on 26 July.
