O2 has launched a new loyalty offer for prepay customers, offering them incentives such as extra minutes and data.
Pay and Go Go Go launches today (19 July) and offers customers two bundles. The first costs £10 for 75 mins, 500 texts, 100MB of data and 5% back on top-ups. After three months, a customer gets 150 mins, 1,000 texts and 200MB, and after six months, they get 10% back on all top-ups. After nine months, a customer receives 150 mins, unlimited texts, 200MB, and the 10% back on top-ups.
The £20 per month bundle gives customers 250 minutes, 2,500 texts, 250MB of data and 5% back on top-ups. After three months, they receive 500 mins, 5,000 texts, 500MB and 10% back on top-ups. Once a customer has been with the offer for nine months, they receive 500 mins, unlimited texts, 500MB and 10% back on top-ups.
Existing O2 customers will automatically be given the three month bundle when they sign up. The operator said that after nine months, customers will get offers on new handsets and money-saving deals with Priority Moments.
