O2 gets puzzle active
Now there's no need to worry about getting newspaper ink all over your hands as you mull over your Suduko puzzle. O2 Active has launched a puzzle service offering popular games to its users. The network has teamed up with puzzle provider, Puzzler Media, to bring games including Sudoku, crosswords and word searchers to mobile phones.
The first puzzle of any type is free if downloaded via SMS shortcode from the puzzlermobile.com website. Following puzzles cost 50p and the service will not deliver the same puzzle twice. Users can 'pencil in' possible solutions and tap into cheat options if they need a bit of help.
O2 head of games Antony Douglas said: 'With Puzzler Media's expert help, we have broadened our popular mobile entertainment services to include a fun and intriguing selection of mobile puzzles that should speak to a wide audience amongst O2's 16 million customers.'
