Everything Everywhere to launch new 4G brand

Everything Everywhere to launch new 4G brand

Everything Everywhere is to launch a third brand to coincide with the launch of its new 4G offer, Mobile understands.

Reports this morning (21 August) suggested Everything Everywhere would shelve both the Orange and T-Mobile brand names and trade under its company name. However, the operator is now expected to launch a third brand later this year. Details about the brand's name are currently unclear but Mobile understands it will be used to promote its 4G offer.

The rebranding will not affect the trial Everything Everywhere stores, which are located across the UK.

Speculation has mounted about Everything Everywhere's branding strategy following the completion of a brand review in October last year. There were suggestions it could abandon both the T-Mobile and Everything Everywhere names and simply trade as Orange.

An Everything Everywhere spokesperson said: 'Everything Everywhere confirms that we are planning to launch a new brand in the UK later this year. This new brand will sit alongside our existing brands Orange and T-Mobile. We will reveal more information on our exciting plans in due course.'
