O2 and Three neck and neck in Product Mastermind
O2 and Three are battling it out at the top of the Product Mastermind leaderboard this week in a bid to be crowned the industry’s product knowledge champions.
O2 is only marginally ahead of its nearest rival Three but Phones 4u is closing fast on them both in third place. Tesco has surprised the competition by surpassing Carphone Warehouse, which is trailing in sixth place and a long way behind long-standing rivals Phones 4u. Product Mastermind is an inter-company competition which will see the eight major retailers go head to head to prove which has the best product knowledge and over 500 contestants have already entered so far.
Mobile’s editor in chief David Nunn said: ‘The response we’ve had been remarkable and the scores are changing by the hour. This final stretch before the knockout rounds begin is proving to be the most exciting yet and we’re hoping that even more retail and call centre professionals from these companies will enter the competition and show their support for their company teams.'
Product Mastermind is being run by ISellMobile.co.uk in association with Samsung, and is open to all retail and call centre staff. There’s still time to enter - for more information, click here.
