HTC rumoured to be building latest Google Nexus smartphone

HTC's rumoured One X 5 could hit the market as the Google Nexus 5, according to speculation online.

The device is seen as a rival to other so-called 'phablet' devices like the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 2. According to rumours, it has a five-inch screen, Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 64GB of storage and a 12-megapixel main camera. According to a report on GSMArena, the device could also run on 4G networks and feature Jelly Bean, the latest version of Google's Android OS.

Samsung built the last Galaxy Nexus phone and Asus produced its Nexus 7 tablet, which recently hit the market.
