Telecoms and data services company Maintel has completed the takeover of the b2b dealer Totility and is rebranding the company Maintel Mobile.
The newly named business will offer Maintel's complete range of services including voice and data solutions, unified communications, contact centre solutions, system installation and support, network services and data networking.
As well as the 12,000 O2 and Vodafone customers that Totility formerly worked on, Maintel also works with Avaya, Siemens and Mitel to provide voice and data services.
Eddie Buxton, Maintel CEO, said: 'We recognise that mobile is now a major part of every organisation’s communications strategy and this successful acquisition and integration enables us to offer end-to-end telephone and data services.'Two rapidly-developing market sectors are network services and mobile, and Maintel is now perfectly positioned to meet our customers’ specific needs and deliver them to the highest standard.'
