Capita wins bumper £160m contract with Carphone Warehouse
Capita has signed a 10 year contract worth £160m with Carphone Warehouse to run its call centres.
The firm will deal with all non-store customer contact outside of the retail chain's stores, dealing with customer service, credit control and technical support. The contract begins from 1 April 2013.

Among the other companies Capita works with are O2, British Gas, National Trust, DWP and Severn Trent Water.
