LG looks to Samsung for new head of marketing

LG has made another hire from Samsung, appointing Carolyn Anderson as its new head of mobile communications marketing.

Anderson was most recently head of channel marketing and partnerships at Samsung where she worked with Andrew Coughlin, who is now LG's head of mobile communications. She replaces Stephen Gater, who recently left LG.

Coughlin said: 'We’re very excited that Carolyn is joining our existing talent pool here at LG UK. We have a strong product portfolio for the year ahead and are confident that with Carolyn on board the LG Mobile business will continue to go from strength to strength.'
