TalkTalk has signed a deal with Huawei to stock an entry level and mid-range smartphone and its MediaPad 7 Lite tablet, its first for the UK market.
The entry level Ascend Y210 is priced from £5 and will be targeted at those upgrading from feature phones for the first time. The Ascend G510, priced from £10 a month on contract, has a 4.5 inch screen, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 5MP camera. The MediaPad 7 is a seven inch tablet, running on a 1.2GHz processor and has a 3.2MP rear-facing camera.The three devices will be available to buy together in a contract bundle from £20 per month. Consumers can pair the entry-level Ascend Y210 with the tablet in a contract from £15 per month.
