Samsung announces Galaxy Ace 3

Samsung has unveiled the latest member of its Galaxy family, the four inch Galaxy Ace 3.

The dual-core 1.2GHz handset runs Android Jelly Bean and has a 5MP camera. The 4G version of the device will come to the UK, although no release date has been confirmed. The Ace looks set to be the entry level handset of Samsung's current generation of devices. It has a weaker processor than the Galaxy S4 mini's 1.7GHz dual-core processor, a smaller screen than the mini's 4.3 inch and a weaker camera than the mini's 8MP.

The Galaxy Ace 3 does share some of the features as Samsung's flagship devices such as the S Translator, S Travel and the Smart Stay feature of dimming the screen when a user looks away.
