Parrot drives music kit
Bluetooth accessories maker Parrot has made a hands-free mobile phone car kit with streaming audio capability, allowing users to listen to MP3 tunes through their car stereo.

The MK6000 can be paired with any Bluetooth enabled smartphone to transmit music over a car's stereo system.

In addition to audio streaming, the MK6000 features voice recognition technology that allows a driver to manage calls without touching their handset.

It also incorporates a text-to-speech synthesis function that reads out phone book listings. For example, a user can push the 'P' button on their handset and have all of the relevant names read out to them. One further other click lets them call a person.

The MK6000 will be available in the UK from early 2007 and will be priced at £124.99.
