EE launches My EE app for customers
EE has launched a new app allowing customers to keep track of their mobile usage, read itemised bills and buy add-ons for contracts.
The My EE app is available for Android, iOS, BlackBerry 10 or Windows Phone 8 devices. Orange and T-Mobile customers can also use the app to access features and view their usage. Other features on the app are itemised bills, top-ups for prepay customers and an offline help section for questions about EE products and services.
Dominic Collins, director of digital at EE, said: 'We regularly look for ways to provide our customers with the tools to help them make the most out of their digital lives. Following feedback from customers we’ve redesigned the MY EE app to offer new features and make it even more intuitive – helping them to keep up to date with their mobile account in a convenient and simple way.'
