Hamill swaps Three for EE

EE has appointed Three's former head of propositions Noel Hamill as its new director of indirect sales.

His starting date has yet to be confirmed but he will take over the role vacated by Nathan Vautier, who left the operator in September. Hamill had previously worked for Vodafone Australia, Singtel Optus, Cable and Wireless in the Asia Pacific region and Hong Kong Telecom.

Vautier stepped down from his role with the operator after 18 months, deciding to relocate to Thailand. Sony Ericsson UK's former managing director joined EE in May 2012.

Hamill said: ‘I’m hugely excited to be joining EE at a time of such great innovation and change. I’ve watched the company’s progress with interest and have been impressed at how much growth has been achieved in its first year. Taking over from Nathan and continuing to grow and develop EE’s Indirect channels is a huge privilege for me and I’m looking forward to joining the market leader.’
