Doro has signed its first network deal for its 3G camera and videophone, the PhoneEasy 621.
O2 will range the device from 7 November, with the handset available for £69.99. The clamshell handset has features that can boost audio and display for ease of use. The manufacturer said the device was the successor to the PhoneEasy 612, the company's most successful feature phone to date.
Ben Bevins, portfolio manager for O2, said: 'Doro’s phones appeal to those of our customers who are looking for simple and easy-to-usephones. We think they’ll love the new PhoneEasy 621 and its new built-in camera. We saw fantastic results with the Doro PhoneEasy® 612 and the PhoneEasy® 621 will only build on this.'
Chris Millington, Doro UK and Ireland MD, said: 'We are exceptionally proud of this device. It is incredibly stylish, desirable and brings a fantastic level of joy to the user through the camera and video features – by allowing them to capture and share memories. We have built a successful, long standing international relationship with Telefónica and this listing further enhances their confidence in and their support of the Doro brand and products.'
