Former HTC UK chief Phil Roberson is joining Vodafone as head of indirect channel sales.
Roberson, who quit HTC in March this year to take a sabbatical, will join the operator in January.
The move is part of a management restructuring at Vodafone which also sees Martin Jones, head of channel management, leave Vodafone in March to 'explore an exciting business opportunity,' according to the operator. Vodafone is currently seeking a new head of channel management.
Vodafone said Roberson's appointment is part of a strategy to intensify its focus on both its indirect and direct channel.
