HTC and Brightstar 20:20 launch partner programme

HTC is turning its big guns on the b2b market launching its first ever partner programme today (5 June) aimed exclusively at b2b resellers.

The HTC Enterprise Partner Programme programme, launched in partnership with distributor Brightstar 20:20, aims to drive b2b sales across HTC’s full product portfolio.

The programme has three levels of membership - Associate, Bronze, Silver and Gold. It aims to provide UK B2B resellers with marketing and technical support as well as incentives, rewards and value added services. 

Resellers will have access to the full HTC portfolio, marketing collateral, training, brand guidelines and assets, enterprise sales materials and Q&A’s on an exclusive portal..

Other value added services include next day faulty handset replacement, a two hour handset replacement for London resellers, HTC Smartcare and HTC technical support services, security services, device insurance as standard, 24 month warranty, marketing and training services including the Partner Programme Portal and roadshow support. 

The manufacturer said Brightstar 20:20 will act as a bridge between HTC and its customers, offering its mobile distribution experience  and support in value added services.

HTC added Brightstar 20:20 to its distribution partners earlier this year, citing at the time the distributor's experience in mobile distribution and its ability to offer value added services to customers as key reasons for the partnership. HTC said resellers will also benefit from Brightstar 20:20's extensive mobile phone exchange service.
