Vodafone UK’s Red 4G customers can now avail of six months of Netflix pre-paid content. The new service allows the mobile network operator’s customers to view movies and TV box sets on their mobile devices.
By signing up to the internet television network service, customers will be able to watch a growing selection of titles, with new episodes added regularly. They also have the option of starting to watch a programme on one device while resuming on another.
Cindy Rose, consumer director for Vodafone UK said that when the company launched its 4G service 10 months ago, it knew that 4G speed wasn’t the only thing customers wanted. ‘They wanted a reason to use 4G – which is why we provide them with the best possible content from the best possible partners.’
Building on its Spotify and Sky Sports Mobile TV offers, it is now able to offer customers the ‘brilliant content offered by Netflix’ on both smartphones and tablets, she said.
She pointed out how customers can now avail of extra data on the 4G Red, Red L and Red XL plans.
The promotional offer on Vodafone Red 4G price plans runs until December 31.
