Network operators EE and Three have announced they will be offering the new Samsung Galaxy Alpha smartphone across a variety of 4G plans to customers. At just 6.7mm and weighing 114g, it is Samsung’s slimmest flagship phone to date.
The South Korean manufacturer's newly-launched smartphone comes with a 4.7-inch display (1280 x 720), 12-megapixel camera, Android 4.4.4, 2GB RAM and 32GB storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha will be available on a range of EE’s 4GEE and 4GEE Extra plans. Nicola Shenton, head of device portfolio at EE, said that EE’s superfast 4G network is 'the perfect partner' for Samsung’s new flagship device.
'With powerful performance and a real emphasis on design, Samsung has developed a great new handset that seamlessly combines style and substance,' she said. 'Add the biggest and fastest 4G network in the UK and you have a smartphone that ticks all the boxes.'
Three said it will update Mobile on its offers shortly.
