BT’s mobile plan hit by technical problems say reports
The return of BT to the mobile market could be delayed because of technical problems, The Telegraph reports.
The story from the newspaper claims that company is struggling with technology that is meant to ensure that as much voice call and data traffic as possible is carried over Wi-Fi networks rather than a 4G mobile network.
In reaction to the story a spokesperson from BT told Mobile: 'We have always been very clear that it will take the best part of two years to develop our Consumer femtocell service and this remains the case.
'BT is still working towards launching consumer mobility services, using its MVNO, this financial year.'
