Carphone Warehouse has announced a partnership with mobile coverage benchmarking firm RootMetrics.
The partnership will allow Carphone Warehouse to offer customers RootMetrics data collected from the benchmarking firms CoverageMap App to compare how reliably and quickly the four major network operators are performing in their area.
In-store Carphone Warehouse staff will also be using the RootMetrics CoverageMap App to assist customers.
Rootmetrics is an interesting choice of partner for the independent retailer to select. In the past Vodafone has questioned the credibility of the data the benchmarking service produces.
