Industry veteran Jacqueline ‘JK’ Kelleher moves to WHSmith

Former Three retail director Jacqueline ‘JK’ Kelleher has left the mobile industry to join retail giant WHSmith in the same role.

Kelleher and Three parted company in November of last year as the network made changes to the structure of its sales team.

On her departure a spokesperson from the operator told Mobile: ‘Jacqui made a significant contribution to our business over nearly eight years and has been a driving force behind the transformation we have seen within our award-winning retail estate. She will be missed by all of us at Three but in particular by her team who she worked so closely with. We wish her all the best of success and happiness in her future ventures.’

A well-respected industry figure, Kelleher won the inaugural ‘big boss’ award at last year’s iSellMobile awards. Kelleher told Mobile that ‘she wished everyone in the industry well’.

In a statement to Mobile on Kelleher’s arrival, WHSmith, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Jacqueline to WHSmith, and with her extensive retail experience we are confident that she will drive the business forward and be a valuable member of the senior management team.’

Best of luck. JK made a big impression and will be greatly missed.
Good Luck in your new job JK, from all your ex-colleagues and friends here at Three. WHSmith will be much better for having you.
