LG debuts three new handsets at 3GSM
LG has released three new handsets on the back of the recently released new Shine model.
At the 3GSM event in Barcelona, the manufacturer unveiled an HSDPA enabled smartphone, a handset designed to support mobile TV technology and a slimline 3G device.
The KS10 has a large 2.4” QVGA screen, is HSDPA capable for fast downloads and has a built in MP3 player. The KU950 is also HSPDA enabled and features DVB-H technology, which combined allow users to use the handset as a portable television. The KU250 is a slim 3G handset which the GSM Association has chosen to front its '3G for All' campaign, aimed at promoting the benefits of 3G to consumers. The handset has expandable memory.
An LG spokeswoman said that it was in discussion with UK operators over which ones might take on the various handsets.
