Sagem gets cross
Sagem is the latest manufacturer to jump on the World Cup bandwagon with a clamshell emblazoned with a St George's cross on the front.
The myC2-3 handset is available on T-Mobile at Woolworths priced at £35.
Patriotic youngsters have already bought the flip phone in droves, according to a spokesman, making it one of Woolies' top five selling phones.
Retailers and manufacturers claim Sagem has been enjoying a strong run in recent months, with its share of the prepay market climbing to around 9%.
Samsung and T-Mobile, the official sponsor of the World Cup in Germany, joined forces as far back as April to produce the 'official England phone' in the shape of the E370 slider with an embossed Three Lions crest.
The handset comes bundled with a range of World Cup related content such as England wallpapers and ringtones.
