Nokia launches new software for N95

Nokia has introduced a software upgrade for the N95. Available from the Nokia Software Updater (NSU), the upgrade promises to ‘elevate performance levels’ of the handsets music, maps and games features.

It will offer up to 30% longer playback time for the MP3 player, adds speed to Nokia Maps with faster positioning times and a new gaming preview application.

Many users have complained about the performance of the N95 in the past, reporting that the device is prone to crashing and has a short battery life. The software upgrade is available now.
