O2 introduces another Centre of Excellence programme
O2 has launched a programme to help its indirect partners take advantage of business connections in the 100 handsets and over category as part of its O2 Centre of Excellence programme.
The third Centre of Excellence scheme helps dealers to target larger business partners by enhancing their ‘offerings with O2’s corporate expertise’. Benefits include pre and post sales support, dedicated bid support and service support.
O2 general manager for business sales Ben Dowd said: ‘Rather than simply trying to take a bigger slice of the enterprise market, we feel that by working together with our partners we can grow the overall market.’
Nokia UK general manager Simon Ainslie added: ‘In driving this key area, O2 have defined a collaborative and focused strategy around voice and data which Nokia have been delighted to support.’
