T-Mobile has announced it is revamping its U-Fix offering including adding a new call-back service.
The Call Me Back service will enable new and existing customers to send call-back requests if they run out of credit.
A new £35 price plan has also been added that allows unlimited calls and texts from the UK to other T-Mobile customers.
Vanessa Potts, head of post pay at T-Mobile, said: ‘We’ve made these changes to U-Fix because our customers were telling us they wanted more value, unlimited call or texting options and overall more freedom from their mobile plan.
‘In particular, parents want a way for their children to contact them if they run out of credit.
‘Ultimately, our primary concern is to reward our customers by offering them a call plan that is best suited to their lifestyles.
‘U-Fix provides the cost control that parents appreciate through a monthly fixed allowance , whilst benefiting the kids by giving them the means to stay in touch – even if they run out of funds – through Call Me Back. ‘
