Shopping centre footfall in decline
High street retailers continue to face difficult times. Shopping centre visitor numbers fell by 1.5% last year, and sales have decreased over the past seven months.

The declining figures also reveal a shift in consumer patterns, with savvy shoppers taking advantage of the growing number of multichannel retail options available to them.
