Virgin Mobile launches new Sim-only tariff
Virgin Mobile has launched ‘Liberty Sim’, a new Sim-only deal with monthly tariffs of between £15 and £30 with a 30-day notice period.
For £15 per month, customers can choose between 300 minutes and 300 texts or 150 minutes and 1,000 texts.
And Virgin Mobile is also offering an upgrade allowance; for every £100 a customer spends, Virgin Mobile will give them £10 towards their next phone, up to £100 in total.
Managing director of Virgin Mobile Graeme Oxby said: ‘The Liberty Sim represents a fantastic opportunity for cost-conscious consumers who don’t want to be tied into a lengthy contract.’
Head of mobile for Money Supermarket Rob Barnes said: ‘This is perfect for customers who are happy with the phone they already have and provides a significant saving over similar value contract plus handset deals.’
The new Sim went on sale on 12 March in Virgin Media stores and at www.virginmobile.com.
