New system for operators to boost customer interaction

Broca Communications has launched MyOperator, a set of SMS-based tools designed specifically for network operators.

The pre-designed package enables operators to communicate and transact with customers, as well as create additional revenue streams with more targeted offerings.

MyOperator works as a branded on-handset application that uses Broca’s secure advanced SMS (SAMS).

SAMS is considerably more versatile than standard SMS as it allows operators to communicate using forms with drop down menus.

Ian Price, Broca MD said: ‘Service satisfaction levels between consumers and their operators have always been moveable, ranging between fantastic to rock-bottom and everything in between depending on which report you read.

‘So one of the biggest challenges operators face today is communication between themselves and customers to make sure services hit customer needs while building loyalty.

‘MyOperator has been created to address all these issues and to build a safer and more profitable relationship between operators and consumers.’
