Nokia signs deal with Warner for unlimited music device
Nokia has signed up a third major label to its Comes With Music range of devices, due to be launched during the second half of this year.
Warner Music announced today it would make its content, including Linkin Park, James Blunt and Madonna available on the unlimited music handset.
Universal Music was the first major label to sign on to the service, followed by Sony BMG. The only major label Nokia now needs to convince is EMI.
Customers buying the Nokia Comes with Music devices can download unlimited amounts of music for free for twelve months after purchase and can keep the tracks after the download time has expired. However, tracks can’t be transferred to other devices.
