Motorola's music-focused ROKR will have 3 new handsets
Motorola's music-focused ROKR range is to have three new recruits. The ROKR
EM30 uses the same ModeShift technology as seen in the ROKR E8, to transform
the illuminated keypad into a designated music control pad. It means users can
switch between talking and music with the touch of a button. Other features on
the ROKR EM30 include a two-megapixel camera and an optional 8GB microSD
removable storage card for all your media content.
The ROKR EM28 is a clamshell design that features touch-sensitive music
controls on the front fascia that only appear when needed. The external screen
also displays the name of the song and artist, and 3D sound technology gives
the handset a surround-sound effect.
The ROKR EM25 sports a designated music key that provides immediate
access to your stored music, and users can notify friends and family of new
radio stations by sending the station frequency via a text message.
All three handsets sport a 3.5mm stereo headset jack allowing users to use
their own music headset, GSM/EDGE connectivity, and the FM radio with RDS
technology will display both the artist and song playing. With the ROKR EM30
set to launch in Taiwan,
