Orange and T-Mobile thought to be in the running for Sainsbury's virtual network
Sainsbury’s is understood to be down to two operators ahead of launching its own-brand virtual network.

The supermarket will follow Tesco and Asda in the early part of 2009 as it unveils its virtual network.

It is believed that Orange and T-Mobile are the two networks in the running, but this has not yet been confirmed.

Sainsbury’s is currently looking at its proposition, with a bundled value deal in the offer, rather than Asda’s flat-rate price of 8p-per-minute for voice and 4p-per-text.
