Sony Ericsson announces launch of two C905 campaigns
Sony Ericsson has announced two new campaigns to promote its 8 megapixel camera phone, the C905.
The manufacturer has signed up professional photographer Matt Stuart to take pictures using the device for its new TV commercial, and has also agreed a five-figure deal to run advertorials in the December issue of FHM to target Christmas shoppers.
David Hilton, Marketing Director, Sony Ericsson UK & Ireland said of the agreement with FHM: ‘This is an amazing opportunity for us show off the capabilities of our new phone. The audience and timing of this campaign is perfect for generating a buzz within the gadget-mad young men of Britain, just as their Christmas wish lists are being created.’
The C905 is Sony Ericsson’s first slider Cyber-shot, and comes with face detection, auto-focus, smart contrast and image stabiliser, and GPS for geo-tagging of photos and navigation.
